After-Sales Service Operations Manager Autocorner Group

Autocorner SA is a family business active in the field of automobile distribution for the brands Audi, Skoda and BYD. We have nearly 120 employees and are present within the cantons of Vaud and Valais, with 5 concessions and 2 used car centers.

We are currently looking for an After-Sales Service Operations Manager to join our Group, for a position to be filled from 1 December 2026 or by agreement.

GENERAL MISSION

As the After-Sales Service Operations Manager, you are responsible for the coordination, performance and development of the After-Sales activity across all Group sites. You ensure the harmonization of practices, service quality and the continuous optimization of processes and resources.

You also supervise the monitoring and deployment of the new DMS in collaboration with BYD, ensuring its implementation and the coordination of the various stakeholders.

DETAILED MISSION

• Supervise and coordinate After-Sales activities across all sites (Lutry, Romanel-sur-Lausanne and Sion)
• Coordinate the implementation of After-Sales activities in the new Group sites (horizon 2027)
• Develop and deploy levers for optimizing commercial performance
• Drive performance indicators and implement necessary improvement actions
• Develop the commercial activity of the After-Sales Service
• Harmonize and supervise the handling of customer complaints across all sites
• Organize and monitor quality controls, particularly within the framework of ISO audits
• Manage the After-Sales budget and optimize resource allocation
• Monitor and deploy the new DMS on BYD sites
• Ensure, monitor and coach After-Sales Managers regarding safety in workshops, and propose necessary preventive and corrective measures

YOUR PROFILE

• You have proven experience in automotive after-sales, ideally in a management or coordination role
• You have proven experience in the deployment of a DMS in the automotive field
• You master performance management and have a strong commercial sensitivity, with a marked orientation toward customer satisfaction
• You have experience in management and multi-site coordination and know how to unite teams
• Ideally, you have a PERCO or COSEC certification for occupational prevention and safety
• You are oriented toward continuous improvement and know how to identify and implement concrete actions to optimize processes and results
• You are comfortable with budget monitoring, performance indicators and quality controls
• You are organized, autonomous, results-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a strong presence in the field
