• Leadership of a dedicated service team in the technical field service
• Shaping of deployment planning as well as coordination of service and assembly assignments
• Ensuring smooth project execution and monitoring of relevant key performance indicators
• Initiation of corrective measures in case of deviations and active ensuring of customer satisfaction
• Organization and implementation of leadership meetings as well as resource management including on-call service
• Coordination of subcontractors and partners
• Warranty processing, complaint handling, and billing of services rendered

• Commercial or manual basic training, supplemented by further business administration training
• Experience in the service business or technical field service, ideally in the area of sun protection or blinds
• Leadership experience in the operative environment with an authentic, appreciative, and development-oriented leadership style
• Industry knowledge in the construction sub-sector as well as negotiation security
• Process- and cost-oriented thinking paired with high personal responsibility
