What to expect • You will not only lead an 11-member team of infrastructure / facility management, but also ensure that everything runs smoothly on 70'000 m² of industrial infrastructure - from state-of-the-art building technology to complex operating systems. • A leadership role with a pronounced hands-on mentality and direct technical proximity to operations rather than a purely management function • Ensuring the reliable operation of buildings, technical facilities, external sites and the entire infrastructure using and monitoring a complex building control system • Organization, coordination and support of maintenance and repair work, troubleshooting as well as cleaning, disposal, winter and standby services • Active participation in the operational day-to-day business with a pronounced hands-on mentality • Care and coordination of external service providers and craft businesses • Close collaboration with production and other internal stakeholders • Independent management of smaller projects and sub-projects as well as participation in larger projects such as renovations, expansions and optimizations • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations • Maintenance of documentation as well as use of digital tools and FM systems What you bring • Completed technical, craft or operational basic training (EFZ), ideally supplemented by further training in the field of facility management, building technology or operational maintenance • Compulsory professional experience in technical building management or infrastructure operation of an industrial, production, logistics or automation company • Several years of leadership experience in a technical operations, infrastructure or facility management team in an industrial or production environment • Experience in participating in projects, initial experience in leading smaller projects or sub-projects is an advantage • Hands-on mentality as well as a reliable, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Pronounced organizational talent, sense of responsibility and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders • Safe handling of digital tools and FM systems • Negotiation-secure German language skills and impeccable reputation • Willingness for standby and emergency services as well as high presence on site at the locations Willisau (approx. 90%) and Mägenwil (approx. 10%); corresponding travel readiness is assumed Benefits • Discounts: Attractive discounts in the Brack online shop as well as meal discounts and staff restaurants in Mägenwil and Willisau. • Recreation: At least 5 weeks of vacation, plus the option to purchase vacation and unpaid leave. • Development: Internal training in our own academy as well as financial participation in external further education. • Family: 18 weeks of paid maternity leave with the option to extend and 4 weeks of paid paternity leave. • Insurance: Over-obligatory - 100% salary continuation as well as complete financing of the daily sickness benefit insurance by the employer. • Mobility: Free parking, financial participation in public transport and pool vehicles for business appointments.
