Claims Management Clerk

Are you interested in the processing of complex claims? Do you like to maintain an overview and work in a structured manner? In this role, you will take responsibility for the entire claims processing and ensure efficient and correct handling. You are the central contact person for customers, insurance companies, and partner companies. With you, we ensure smooth and economical claims processing.

What you can achieve

• You create claim files and ensure that all necessary data is completely available.
• In order to be able to control the overall process securely, you request necessary claim data from customers and clarify coverage questions with insurers.
• You check claim calculations, authorize repairs, and coordinate further steps with partner companies.
• In doing so, you check invoices for plausibility and contractual compliance as well as post them in the ERP system, thereby making an important contribution to correct billing.
• You create claims against insurance companies and ensure the completeness of all relevant data per claim case.
• Furthermore, you answer customer inquiries as well as follow-up questions from insurance companies and ensure the cost neutrality of the claim cases.

What you bring with you

• You have a commercial or equivalent basic training, ideally with experience in insurance or claims management.
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in the insurance environment, in claims management, or in an administrative hub function.
• You understand administrative processes in claims management well and work precisely in ERP systems.
• You communicate confidently with different stakeholders such as customers, insurance companies, and partner companies.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and have French language skills at level C1 or higher.
