Your tasks
Support of the helpdesk and the hotline (first-level support)
Forwarding more complex malfunctions to the responsible IT support
Resolving malfunctions via remote support by telephone and supporting users in using the digital services of the Confederation
Supporting users in the use of devices (SmartDevices, notebooks, etc.)
Your profile
IT knowledge and experience in first-level support, knowledge of the ITSM Suite from BMC Remedy is an advantage
High service orientation and understanding of customer needs
Motivated, engaged, and independent personality with a customer- and team-oriented way of working
Communicative as well as confident personality with an understanding of complex issues and a positive basic attitude
Very good knowledge of German and at least one other official language at at least B2 level
