Job Description ## As Assistant(e) service client FR/ALL/ANG (H/F), you will have the following responsibilities: • Ensure support for users (calls, emails, chat) Process customer requests, diagnose problems and propose adapted solutions Manage SAV complaints related to services and the digital platform Plan and coordinate technician interventions via internal tools Ensure administrative follow-up of customer files (creation, updates, cancellations) Manage data in ERP / CRM systems and maintain their reliability Process orders, payments and participate in invoicing Collaborate closely with technical, commercial and customer service teams The Successful Applicant ## As Assistant(e) service client FR/ALL/ANG (H/F), you have the following profile: • Excellent relational skills and ease on the phone French and German (ideally Swiss German) fluent, English an asset At ease in a dynamic environment with a sustained activity volume Good organizational sense, rigor and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel Team spirit, autonomy and ability to take initiatives Resilience and calmness in sometimes demanding situations Good mastery of computer tools (ERP/CRM, digital environment) Experience in customer service / SAV in Switzerland is a plus What's on Offer ## Our client offers you: • A stimulating work environment; • Integration into a dynamic and collaborative team; • A versatile role at the heart of operations and customer satisfaction; • A position based in the heart of GENÈVE, in a pleasant and accessible work setting.
