About us The Yoko Sunset Bar is the meeting point for mild evenings, good drinks and honest street food with a wow effect. Our culinary centerpiece: handmade smash burgers – crispy, juicy, with character. We are looking for a kitchen worker who keeps our burger line running with passion, speed and precision. Your tasks Preparation of our smash burgers according to house recipe (smashing patties, perfect crust, timing to the point) Pre- and preparation of other menu items (sides, sauces, snacks for the bar) Mise en Place: portioning meat, toasting buns, preparing toppings Compliance with hygiene and HACCP standards in the kitchen Goods receipt, storage and inventory control Keeping the workplace and kitchen equipment (plancha/griddle, deep fryer etc.) clean Collaboration with the bar team during busy evenings and events Co-designing new dishes and seasonal specials Your profile Completed training as a cook is an advantage, but not a requirement – career changers with experience welcome Experience with grill, plancha/griddle or system gastronomy is a plus Resilience and calmness even during high guest volume Teamwork skills and a positive aura Sense for timing, cleanliness and quality Readiness for evening, weekend and holiday shifts Good German skills, English is an advantage We offer Fair pay + tips A relaxed, familiar team with sunset vibes Employee meals during the shift Opportunity to contribute your own ideas and recipes Flexible roster planning A workplace with real beach bar flair
