Your Role: Mission: As an Analytical Project Leader, you lead the analytical activities of the new R&D projects in your portfolio, from their development to their transfer and validation. You are the analytical point of reference for the projects, working closely with internal teams and external clients, and contributing to ensuring quality, GMP compliance, and the successful completion of projects. Tasks: Lead and coordinate the analytical activities of the new R&D projects in your portfolio. Develop and optimize analytical methods according to client, GMP, and regulatory requirements. Supervise the validations, transfers, and analytical studies necessary for the projects. Act as the analytical reference for internal teams and external clients. Analyze and decide on actions to be taken in case of unexpected results, investigations, or non-conformities. Coordinate CAPAs, Change Controls, and resource monitoring related to the projects. Provide your expertise and scientific leadership to laboratory technicians, laboratory managers, and other APLs, and contribute to project meetings and client visits. Your Profile: Entry-level profile: PhD in chemistry / solid knowledge in analytics and mastery of techniques. Experienced profile: PhD or Master in chemistry, with solid experience in a pharmaceutical environment and/or in analytical development. Experience in development, validation, and transfer of analytical methods and mastery of techniques. Additional skills: Mastery of English.
