Tasks

• Recording and managing customer orders in SAP
• Order processing from A-Z
• Contact person for customers regarding inquiries about orders
• Creating order confirmations, invoices, credit notes
• Deadline monitoring and coordination of orders
• Communication with internal departments for optimal process flow
• Monitoring customer warehouse deliveries
• Maintaining and controlling customer master data

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training or comparable
• Existing professional experience in order processing and/or ordering systems
• Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP SD)
• Flexible, service-oriented and strong-communicating personality
• Excellent oral and written German skills as well as good English skills
