Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks:
Vehicle reception and vehicle return in accordance with the process specifications of the Keigel Gruppe, the contractual partners and the various brands
Appointment scheduling taking into account the best possible workshop utilization and partial availability and management of the replacement car fleet
Responsibility for the timely invoicing of workshop orders
Co-responsibility for timely work scheduling and final inspection of the workshop
Co-responsibility for parts ordering in the parts warehouse
Responsibility for the operational and traffic safety of customer vehicles within the scope of the repair work to be carried out
Leadership, instruction and motivation of the customer service advisors and the apprentices
Co-responsibility for the customer satisfaction scores measured by the importers
Co-responsibility in the warranty process
What you bring with you:
You have completed technical training with an additional qualification in the technical or commercial field.
You have continuously pursued further training.
You have at least 3 years of experience in the customer service area.
You possess good IT skills and are familiar with the relevant digital industry systems.
You think and act according to business principles, are strong in communication and enjoy cross-departmental company development.
