What awaits you with us
After careful introduction, you will look after national corporate clients as well as customers from the public sector (municipalities and cities).
You manage your own portfolio, take responsibility and enjoy a lot of decision-making leeway in everyday life. Development opportunities within the Account Manager team.
You independently carry out tenders, benefit comparisons, recommendations and their implementation.
You coordinate complex claims cases together with our specialists.
You prepare annual meetings and conduct them yourself with the customer.
A structured induction program and introduction to your customers.
What you should bring with you
A completed apprenticeship as a commercial clerk/ and supplementary further training in the insurance sector (federal diploma or alternatively a degree in business administration).
You meet the requirements for intermediary registration with FINMA.
Several years of experience in supporting corporate clients and public sector clients as well as sound knowledge of the insurance industry. Experience in international brokerage is an advantage.
Very good German; good English skills are advantageous; Swiss German is an extra.
You work carefully, with commitment and always with a strong customer focus.
You combine an independent way of working with a strong team spirit.
