As part of the strengthening of our teams, we are looking for: an IT Support Technician N2 You will join a dynamic team at the heart of our service center, composed of about forty technicians and engineers and will play a key role in the satisfaction of our clients. As an N2 support technician, you will intervene in varied and stimulating environments, bringing your technical expertise and your sense of service. The position is based in Ecublens and involves travel to our clients as part of interventions or local support. Missions: * Take charge of and resolve level 2 support tickets * Ensure technical assistance (by telephone or by email) and local support at client sites * Maintain IT infrastructures * Perform the installation, deployment and maintenance of workstations * Participate in technical projects * Contribute to the enrichment and updating of the knowledge base Profile sought: * Minimum CFC informaticien-ne (or equivalent) * Minimum 3 years of experience within an internal technical service or in a service company in an equivalent position (advanced technician or system and network) * Written and oral mastery of French * English, minimum B1 level * Driver's license indispensable Technical skills: * Mastery of the Windows 11 / Terminal Server (TS) and VDI environment * Solid mastery of AD and Azure environments o Administration of Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, File server, RDS, PowerShell...) * Mastery of the fundamental concepts of Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration * Mastery of basic concepts in network connectivity (firewall, web filtering, VLAN, routing, VPN, WiFi...) * Workstation administration (software deployment, access rights management, security...) * Experience in backups and restoration * Knowledge of ticket management tools (Service Desk - ManageEngine, a plus) * Knowledge of ITIL good practices (Foundation certification, a plus) Personal qualities: * Sense of service, benevolence, enthusiasm * Availability (travel, on-call service) * Capacity to work autonomously * Team spirit and sharing Why apply? * A dynamic and committed team * A strong team spirit and cohesion * A strong commitment to RSSE, integrated into daily life and company values * Pleasant, modern and convivial premises * A corporate life animated by regular internal events * A constantly growing company * Possibility of teleworking, maximum 2 days per week Interested in this opportunity?
