Head of Customer Service Sales Rail Infrastructure

This is what you can achieve. • As a leader, you are responsible for the Customer Service area in Infrastructure Sales and, with your team, you undertake the hub function between Sales and Partner Management, service providers from the overall infrastructure portfolio, and customers. • You drive the continuous optimization and digitalization of everyday workflows with practical sales applications, and ensure the development of binding sales guidelines. • You keep an eye on compliance and quality throughout the entire sales process, ensure documentation in accordance with specifications, and ensure consistent compliance with the framework conditions. • You are responsible for the seamless data quality of the product portfolio, customer and product master data, through to billing, and for this, you work closely across departments with Finance and the infrastructure business units. • You carry out the central contract management with third-party customers in a specialist responsibility role and ensure complete, correct, and regulation-compliant billing, coordinated with the relevant stakeholders. • As a leader, you establish and develop a trusting and performance-oriented team culture and specifically promote competencies. This is what you bring with you. • You lead with clarity and empathy, communicate at eye level, and approach conflicts in a solution-oriented manner. • You combine strategic and conceptual thinking with decisive action, a high orientation towards service, and quality awareness. • You bring several years of leadership experience in a comparable function as well as experience in sales and specialist leadership. • Confident handling of SAP and CRM systems as well as routine in the implementation of compliance and audit requirements. • Completed business administration training or further education at FH/Uni level. Very good German skills at level C2 and ideally French at level B1. Knowledge of English or Italian is an advantage.
