Our product is extensive software which is used in everyday school life by teachers, school administrations, school leaders, parents and students as well as other employees in the school environment. We are looking for reinforcement for our support team. You are committed, responsible, independent and enjoy helping our schools with questions and problems. You love to work in a structured manner, are motivated to take on responsibility and are also prepared to go the extra mile in demanding situations. Tasks ☎️ Receive and answer support requests via telephone and ticket system ???? Create FAQs ????‍???? Conduct training via video chat or in front of a larger group ???? Advice on the various Escola products for existing customers ???? Opportunity to take over internal projects Qualification ???? You are reliable, independent, service- and solution-oriented. ???? You are computer-savvy and motivated to familiarize yourself with our software and learn. ???? Your German is stylistically confident and you have good written and oral expression. ????️ You are communicative and enjoy conducting training sessions for adults. ???? You love to talk on the phone and keep a cool head even with difficult requests. ???? Not mandatory, but an advantage: You are familiar with the school environment.
