For our client, an important company active in the industrial sector in Fribourg, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner between 80 and 100%. The start date is to be agreed upon. Your tasks at your new employer You recruit new talent to meet the operational needs of the various departments You proactively accompany and support managers in managing the employee life cycle, particularly in the context of conflict management, absenteeism, and the evolution of certain functions and structural changes You support and advise managers, particularly in the annual performance evaluation process You take charge of various HR projects and actively contribute to the definition of new processes in order to continually adapt practices and maintain quality service You identify skill development needs and implement suitable training actions, accompanying employees in their professional evolution and promoting a culture of continuous learning You offer your new employer You hold the Federal Diploma of HR Specialist or an equivalent higher education qualification You have at least 5 years of successful experience in an HR Business Partner role (ideally in an industrial sector) You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law You have good ability to unite people and are proactive in making suggestions You are a French native speaker, proficiency in German will be considered an asset Have we aroused your interest?
