We accompany companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnological, medical device, and life sciences sectors throughout the recruitment process. To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a: Recruitment & Operations Coordinator (40-50%) Your tasks 1. Administrative support in daily recruitment and RPO activities 2. Coordination of interviews, meetings, and appointments with clients and candidates 3. Management of our applicant tracking system as well as ensuring rigorous documentation 4. Drafting and processing job advertisements, candidate files, presentations, and other documents 5. Support for general administrative tasks as well as the continuous optimization of our internal processes 6. Participation in internal projects and taking on other organizational tasks according to interest and evolution What you bring 1. Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification 2. First experience in administration, HR, or recruitment 3. Structured, autonomous, and reliable working method 4. Taste for organization and coordination 5. Service-oriented personality with great personal initiative 6. Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages an asset 7. Confident mastery of MS Office What awaits you 1.
