Team Leader HVAC Operations, 80-100 %

Between Zürich and Genf, you will be responsible for a large HVAC plant portfolio - including team leadership and a focus on reliable and efficient operation.

Tasks ##

• You are responsible for a large HVAC plant portfolio between Zürich and Genf.
• You lead a team of 6-9 maintenance technicians, coordinate and monitor operational and maintenance work.
• Reliable supply for our customers is important to you, and you are the contact person for customers regarding inquiries.
• You ensure contract compliance and the economic efficiency of the plants within your team.
• Quality is your top priority - regular reporting is a matter of course for you, and you implement our standards.

Profile ##

• You have already successfully led employees, are strong in implementation, and possess business-fluent German as well as good French skills.
• You bring several years of experience in the operation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
• Building technology expertise is supplemented by business and leadership-specific competencies.
• You maintain an overview even in hectic moments.
• Strategic thinking as well as experience in economic and efficient operational management round off your profile.
