The Effingerhort above Holderbank AG is a facility of the Von Effinger Foundation for stationary addiction therapy in the canton of Aargau. People with health, psychological and social impairments and a long history of alcohol or drug abuse are professionally accompanied with a low-threshold concept. In addition to the abstinence-oriented housing offers, we operate a specialized nursing home with controlled alcohol administration (kT55+).

Team Leadership Nursing Home Controlled Drinking 55+ / Deputy Department Head, 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Personnel, technical and organizational management of the care team with around 15 employees
• Ensuring individual, resource-oriented care and support
• Promoting the quality of life of our residents through empathy and professional competence
• Further development and implementation of care and quality standards
• Operational participation in care - as a role model with heart and humor
• Responsibility for the assessment of care services with interRai LTCF
• Expansion of the controlled drinking concept in close cooperation with the department head

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH and have solid leadership experience.
• Several years of practice in long-term care have deepened your professional knowledge and strengthened your security in your daily work.
• You have professional experience in psychiatric care, preferably in target-oriented addiction work.
• You have solid knowledge in assessing care needs using interRai LTCF or are willing to acquire it
• You are experienced in developing care and quality standards
• You have organizational talent and enjoy planning complex processes
• You work in a recovery-oriented and person-centered manner and prioritize the individual needs and resources of the residents.
• You are a team player, are resilient, flexible, know your limits and have a personal approach to resilience.
