Your environment

You will work at the Psychiatrie-Zentrum Surselva in Ilanz in an interdisciplinary team and actively help shape the outpatient psychiatric care of the region. You can expect a collegial working environment with good cooperation and close professional exchange.

Your tasks

• You assume the deputy role of the nursing/site management and lead the team of the geriatric psychiatric day clinic
• You support the nursing and site management in the professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of the Psychiatrie-Zentrum
• You ensure professional, individual, and patient-centered nursing and care
• You participate in treatment planning and work within the primary nursing system
• You help shape the milieu therapeutic offering and take over the management of therapeutic individual and group offers
• You promote appreciative and interprofessional cooperation and network with external treatment partners
• You secure and continuously develop nursing quality, standards, and processes
• You accompany change and development processes and participate in the implementation of company and process goals

Our requirement profile

• You are a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH and have professional experience in geriatric psychiatric care
• Ideally, you have leadership experience as well as completed leadership training or are willing to complete it
• You are reliable, act in a goal- and solution-oriented manner, and are characterized by organizational skill
• You have high professional and social competence and possess knowledge in quality management
