For our Customer Service team at the modern location Dorfplatz 1 in Horgen, we are looking for a committed, independent and service-oriented personality as of immediately or by arrangement as

Your tasks:

• You ensure a warm and professional customer experience at the counter as well as by telephone and support our customers with their concerns
• You open and mutate customer and product relationships for private and corporate customers
• You process demanding service and administration tasks along the entire customer lifecycle
• You ensure substitution in payment transactions as well as for VSB approvals with high diligence and quality orientation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• You work in the specialist areas of inheritances as well as cards and support in fraud cases
• You actively participate in the further development of our processes and services
• Depending on interest and suitability, you take on additional specialist or training tasks

Your profile:

• Mandatory completed banking training and experience in direct or telephone customer contact
• Strong service orientation as well as enjoyment in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Independent, structured and precise way of working combined with high initiative and sense of responsibility
• Hands-on mentality as well as enjoyment in finding pragmatic solutions and actively shaping digital processes
• Confident use of Microsoft 365; Finnova knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in corporate banking and/or in the area of inheritances is a plus
• Very good German skills
