We are recruiting for the 2026 school year, an early childhood educator or socioculturel animator for the APEMS du Cèdre (position between 75% and 80%). Rapidly growing, the Domaine parascolaire is looking to equip itself with committed and creative people in order to develop the mission of this recent field of social work. The mission in APEMS is focused on the development of children's social skills through their participation in community life. APEMS are located in the heart of Lausanne neighborhoods, close to schools. The implementation of collective projects, the development of partnerships with stakeholders around the children, reflection, and the formation of pedagogical projects as a team are the essential actions that support and sustain the daily reception of the group of children. Workplace ##### • Chemin d'Entre-Bois 21, 1018 Lausanne Missions ##### • Ensure the care of a group of children in accordance with the pedagogical concept while maintaining the global vision • Accompany the group of children in the completion of daily activities as well as in the performance of their school homework and promote their autonomy • Propose an individualized support approach in connection with the skills to be developed or the needs of the child • Participate in the general organization of the structure • Assume specific administrative tasks • Propose, manage, and document projects involving several internal and external stakeholders • Include the different stakeholders in the reception and education of the group of children Profile ##### • Title of early childhood educator (HES or ES) or socioculturel animator (HES) recognized according to the competency framework of the law on childcare (LAJE) • Additional training as a practical trainer or professional practice trainer, an asset • Minimum 2 years of professional experience with a group of children • Good knowledge of collective reception venues and group dynamics • Team spirit, comfortable in exchanges with parents • Autonomy and responsible attitude • Analytical and synthesis skills, ability to propose and improve • Capacity to document one's activity and that of the group of children • Able to develop a participatory process within their team and within the group of children Activity rate ##### 75-85% Salary class ##### 7 Special conditions ##### clean criminal records (ordinary and special) Split hours from Monday to Friday Contract with activities during school holidays Start date ##### Immediately or to be agreed Please send us your application and the usual documents until 06.09.2026 via the online form.
