Independent assessment and processing of benefit cases in the area of cantonal family allowances. Correspondence and information for insured persons, employers and authorities - in writing and by telephone Processing of EU procedures, double benefit notifications and offset and third-party payment requests Active participation in the optimization of processes and documentation Support for selected key customers Completed commercial training (e.g. KV or equivalent) Professional experience in the social insurance sector or in public administration is an advantage Very good knowledge of French, spoken and written, to competently support French-speaking customers Experience with the AKIS specialist system is a great advantage Precise, structured and reliable way of working Enjoyment of customer contact and administrative tasks Sense of responsibility, initiative and team spirit You are willing to get involved, learn new things and actively participate in projects.
