Your tasks <br /> • Management of nocturnal hotel and front office activities such as the check-in and check-out of our international hotel guests • Support and care for the guests as well as ensuring their satisfaction • Compliance with all front office guidelines, procedures, and standards • Training, development, and management of the performance of the directly subordinate employees to ensure the efficient flow of front office activities • Responsibility for security in the house (in consultation with the security service) • Processing of all customer complaints that occur during the night to ensure their satisfaction and proper documentation • Daily closing of the guest accounting system and creation of various reports <br /> Your profile <br /> • Professional experience in night shifts in a comparable hotel operation • Completed training in the field of hospitality desirable • Reliable and responsible personality • Team player and host out of passion • Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form (additional foreign languages an advantage) <br /> We offer <br /> • Tasting evenings and discounts in the Thermal Spa • Free tickets Tamina Schlucht • Trial sleeping after successful probationary period • Up to 50% discount in the restaurants • Up to 50% discount in the Fitness Center and Tamina Therme <br /> Interested?
