Medi24 Training Specialist (Bern) Allianz Partners Health (f/m/d)

The Training Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for conducting trainer-led training sessions at Medi24. The job holder should be able to act globally in the implementation of training measures and training concepts, contribute to projects, and maintain our knowledge base. This role bears responsibility for conducting training on all Medi24 platforms. In doing so, the function is supported by a global team of Training Specialists as well as Instructional Designers who participate in the creation of learning content. Tasks include conducting onboarding and training programs for new employees, managing the knowledge base, analyzing training needs, and developing customized training plans for performance improvement. The job holder reports to the Senior Training Specialist and is located in Bern   Tasks ### Tasks include, among others: • Conducting trainer-led training sessions in our global operations organization, both on-site and remote. • Developing training and onboarding programs based on current, proven training methods and principles of adult learning, as well as according to business requirements. • Conducting the onboarding of new employees and ensuring best-practice standards within the global operations functions. • Supporting new employees in their integration into the company and conducting introductory events. • Regular review of training content to ensure audit readiness and to promptly reflect changes within the company. • Collaborating with Instructional Designers in the creation of training materials, learning aids, and manuals. • Ongoing updating of knowledge regarding IT system changes, regulatory and compliance requirements, product changes, and digital resources. • Collaborating with the Global Ops Training Unit in the development of customized e-learning courses for the global operations functions. • Tracking current product and process changes, answering employee questions on our blended e-learning platform, and communicating significant changes to the instructional design team for adjustment. • Subject Matter Expert for the onboarding of new customers as well as for medical training content; collaborating with medical specialist departments, trainers, and instructional designers to create customized learning programs. • Effective communication of changes, updates, and procedures to relevant managers and stakeholders. • Supporting the implementation of a monthly training plan to close knowledge gaps and improve performance. • Creation of individual training plans based on identified training needs as well as ensuring a continuous feedback process with relevant stakeholders. • Measuring the effectiveness of training based on quantitative and qualitative feedback. • Supervision and monitoring of the New-Hire-Academy support network. • Measuring training success using data and key performance indicators, particularly regarding the time to full competency development. • Maintaining and further developing our e-learning knowledge base.   ### Requirements ### For this position, you ideally bring the following qualifications and experience: • At least 2 years of experience as a trainer or in a comparable function applying proven training methods and conducting online and in-person training. • Medical training as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH, paramedic, midwife, or medical practice assistant (MPA). • Business fluent German and/or French skills. • English skills are an advantage. • Confident handling of Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to prioritize work tasks and manage own time efficiently. • Strong customer orientation. • High attention to detail as well as analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills (oral and written) as well as strong social competence. • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team. • Independent and self-responsible way of working. • Excellent presentation skills. • Basic knowledge in using AI tools such as ChatGPT.   101641 | Human Resources | Professional | Non-Executive | Allianz Partners | Full-Time | Permanent   The Allianz Group is one of the most trusted companies worldwide in the field of insurance and asset management.
