Customer Service Clerk (f/m/d) 100%

For our client, we are looking for a committed personality as of immediately or by arrangement as

Tasks

• Responsibility for the entire order processing of the "Westschweiz" region in the internal
• Case Management System
• Close cooperation in day-to-day business with two team members from the Sales area of Westschweiz and Key Account Management
• Support in creating offers up to project execution for our national customers and dealers, in cooperation with the Design (Pre-Sales) Team
• Responsibility for technical clarifications and creation of articles from our third-party suppliers
• Responsibility for invoicing in the responsible area
• Handling of delay management (delivery delay process)
• Coordination point between customer, Sales, operations and logistics
• Oral and written supplier contact to our sister companies in Europe
• Processing of complaints and service orders (order notes) in close cooperation with our After Sales
• Management of the telephone switchboard with the established Customer Service Team

Profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Customer Service / Kundendienst
• Extraordinary French skills (C1-level) as well as stylish German and English skills
• Commercial training/further education
• Open and communicative nature with a goal-oriented and independent way of working
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting
• Good and experienced MS-Office skills
• You bring a committed and flexible personality and possess a "hands-on" mentality
• You are proactive, team-oriented, trustworthy, and contribute with your commitment a great deal to the best possible customer care
