For a 4* hotel in Zürich with approx. 100 rooms and a versatile F&B offering, which makes up 60% of the total turnover, and great event opportunities, we are looking for a cheerful, winning personality with a passion for F&B to strengthen the management team.

Tasks & Challenges

• Overall responsibility for the F&B area
• Co-shaping the positioning and further development
• Optimization of workflows, processes and structures
• Leadership of around 40 employees
• Active participation and support in operations
• Price and offer design in cooperation with the Executive Chef
• Compliance with quality standards
• Budget responsibility in the F&B area
• KPI management and definition of measures and ensuring their implementation
• Administrative and organizational activities

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed training in gastronomy/hotel management
• Completed hotel management school
• Leadership experience in a similar role
• Broad specialist knowledge in the F&B area
• Strong in negotiation and communication
• High service mindset, guest-oriented
• Strong leadership skills, team player
• Cheerful, motivating and inspiring nature
• Administrative knowledge
• Languages: German and English, any further language is an advantage
