The various missions that await you: Convey a positive and benevolent image of Vaudoise Assurances Provide first-level support for telematics customers Inform and support clients regarding the assistance and insurance benefits of Vaudoise as well as those of our partners via different communication channels Manage internet customers (motor vehicle contracts, client area, online requests, etc.) Perform follow-up and customer contact activities as part of outbound actions Take charge of and handle telephone overflows from agencies Coordinate our clients' requests with the various interlocutors concerned Perform various administrative and back-office support tasks related to customer relations Provide first-level support for telematics customers Your profile: Federal Attestation of Vocational Training (AFP) or a Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in the commercial field First successful experience in a similar position Native language or excellent oral and written mastery of Italian and French (C1 required) Oral and written mastery of German is an asset Basic knowledge of the insurance field is an asset You are also attracted to human contact; you like to listen to the client and advise them in their search for solutions.
