EMS has 25 production sites in 16 countries, employs around 3'000 employees worldwide and, with around 140 apprentices, is the largest vocational trainer in the canton and recipient of the National Education Prize. EMS-SERVICES is responsible for the operation of the industrial site with other settled companies and provides its services in the areas of engineering, energy supply, maintenance, logistics, real estate, information technology, human resources management, accounting and controlling as well as environmental protection and safety. ###

What awaits you

• Personnel recruitment and support including the associated administrative tasks for around 400 employees in your own area of responsibility
• Independent management of HR processes such as planning, acquisition, deployment, development, retention, departure
• Contact person for line managers and employees in all personnel matters
• Collaboration in HR-specific topics and projects such as absence management, personnel development, junior talent promotion, etc.

What you bring with you

• Commercial or technical basic training with further training in the HR field
• Relevant professional experience in a similar function
• Proficient use of common MS Office programs
• Very good German skills, good English skills an advantage
• Entrepreneurial, responsible, solution-oriented, communicative and team-oriented personality
