Then help us shape the shopping experience of tomorrow! ## To strengthen our team in the Facility & Security Non Food department, we are looking for a motivated and committed Team Leader, 100%, immediately, at the Hochdorf location. ## Your responsibility • Ensuring smooth operation of building infrastructure and technical facilities • Planning and monitoring maintenance measures • Compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines • Optimizing processes in the Facility Management and Security area • Leading and developing the Facility & Security team in a dynamic logistics operation • Responsibility for the entire cleaning and building technology (conveying systems, robots, doors, building services HLKSE etc.) • Ensuring safety standards for employees, drivers, visitors, and external partners • Implementation, planning, execution of training and monitoring of security concepts (access, video surveillance, fire protection, emergency management) KOBAS • Organization and control of external service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security services) • Planning and coordination of maintenance work and repairs to minimize operational interruptions • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (occupational safety, EKAS, SUVA) • Analysis and optimization of processes in the Facility and Security area • Budget planning and control in the area of responsibility in agreement Your profile • Completed technical or vocational training with further education in Facility Management, janitorial services, or security • Several years of professional experience in janitorial services and/or security environment • Leadership experience an advantage • Good knowledge of occupational safety, fire protection, and building technology • Organizational strength, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pronounced sense of responsibility • Very good German language skills in word and writing, additional languages an advantage • Experience in dealing with external service providers and suppliers • Structured, solution-oriented, and resilient personality • Good IT skills (MS Office, ideally maintenance or ticket systems) Our offer • Personal discounts of 10 to 25% on all product groups, including Manora restaurants and food markets • Training and further education programs for all levels and functions • 5 to 7 weeks of vacation • 3 weeks of paid paternity leave & up to 4 months of additional unpaid maternity leave possible • Sabbatical of 1-6 months after completing the 3rd year of employment possible • Company-owned pension fund with a very solid coverage ratio and above-average interest on savings At Manor, we value and live diversity.
