What awaits you \-Technical and operational leadership of the Broker Services team \-Ensuring high service quality towards brokers and internal stakeholders \-Active participation in day-to-day business (broker inquiries, offers, complex cases) \-Ensuring efficient and high-quality processes (KTG, UVG, UVGZ) \-Further development and optimization of organizational and process structures \-Clear triage, responsibilities and interfaces \-Close cooperation with Underwriting and Sales \-Management of demanding cases and escalations \-Sparring partner for operational and organizational issues Qualifications What you bring with you \-Several years of experience and sound knowledge in the insurance environment, ideally corporate clients (KTG/UVG/UVGZ) \-Leadership experience and enjoyment of employee development \-Assertiveness and high social competence \-Structured, solution-oriented and reliable way of working \-High process understanding and organizational strength \-Pragmatism and implementation strength \-Confidence in demanding and dynamic situations
