To strengthen our housekeeping team, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a
This task includes ensuring cleanliness and value preservation throughout the house, the inspection of rooms as well as public areas and the coordination of all arising work in housekeeping. You are responsible for the induction of employees, you support ongoing training and thus ensure guest satisfaction. Quality Assurance: Support and partial management of regular quality controls of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas according to Forbes and LQA standards. Analysis of inspection results, guest feedback and audit results to identify trends, risks and improvement potential. Support in preparation, execution and follow-up of Forbes and LQA audits. Training & Development: Support in the coordination and execution of training programs for housekeeping employees with a focus on luxury service standards and operational excellence. Execution of coaching, on-the-job training and refresher training. Support of leadership development initiatives for supervisors and coordinators. Operational Support: Sparring partner for housekeeping supervisors and operational support during high occupancy or special events. Reporting & Compliance: Support with quality reports, audit follow-ups and compliance with hygiene, safety and sustainability standards.
You have completed training as a hotel specialist or a comparable qualification, further training as a vocational trainer, several years of experience in housekeeping as well as leadership experience in the hotel industry - ideally in the luxury segment - and convince through your high initiative, your professional appearance as well as fluent German and English skills. Professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage.
