Technical specialist for railway infrastructure (m/f/d)

What you can set in motion. • You are the first point of contact during technical malfunctions on the CFF network (energy, digital, railway) which you monitor 24/24h every day of the year from the operations center. • Using modern and dynamic work tools, you provide information on the state of the network. During technical disruptions, you identify and analyze alarms and events and document them in the various systems. • You mobilize, coordinate, and assist technicians in the field in order to minimize the repercussions for our customers. • Within CFF, you provide information on current events and technical malfunctions. • You monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA), actively collaborate on generating improvement proposals, and thus create added value for our customers. You act and think in a network and provide concrete added value for our customers. • You work independently and efficiently and are willing to work irregular hours, at night, and on weekends. • Native French speaker and very good knowledge of a second national language, and you are also willing to learn them. • You have completed technical training, preferably in railway fields such as electrical, digital, or telecommunications. • Experience in an operations center, or in an operational management center of a railway transport company, is a plus.
