We support our external sales partners throughout the entire cooperation - from onboarding through contract mutations to controls, reporting and offboarding. Become part of it too and apply as a Broker Operations Specialist.* * * *   What you do • You coordinate the operational implementation of the co-broker topic and act as a central contact person for internal and external stakeholders. • You actively participate in the introduction, implementation and further development of the new co-broker process and support the corresponding project. • You check, maintain and document co-broker dossiers as well as contract documents completely, transparently and in compliance with regulations. • You coordinate clarifications with Legal, Compliance as well as other internal and external stakeholders and ensure efficient cooperation. • You create reportings, evaluations and controls and support the onboarding of new brokers as well as further quality and control processes.     What you bring   • Completed commercial training as well as further training in business administration or insurance industry. • Several years of professional experience in a customer-oriented environment, preferably in the insurance, broker or compliance industry. • Experience in projects, process optimizations or the introduction of new processes. • Interest in regulatory and legal issues as well as an independent, structured and careful way of working. • Very good German skills; English and/or French are an advantage; as well as sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.     Your contact   Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant: Jasmina Pipic (044 628 42 50)     Additional information   Part-time or full-time: 80 - 100% Work location: Zürich, Oerlikon Hybrid working: up to 40% \#LI-Hybrid  We look forward to your online application - even without a cover letter.
