Reservation Manager

Reservation Manager ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Leading, promoting, and coaching your team (2 FTE) • Professional processing of telephone and written reservation inquiries • Fast and reliable handling of all inquiries • Active sale of rooms and other services • Creation of individual offers • Guest correspondence in German, French, and English • Management of group bookings • Ensuring excellent guest service on the telephone • Promoting guest loyalty through service orientation • Timely processing of reservations, cancellations, and payments • Continuous maintenance and updating of guest files Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training in the hotel industry as well as graduation from a hotel management school is an advantage • Professional experience in a similar function • Experience in luxury hospitality • Familiar with LQA standards • Strong guest orientation as well as enjoyment of sales • Exact and proactive way of working • Good at setting priorities • Reliable, flexible, and consistent • Sympathetic and warm personality • Experience with Opera Cloud is an advantage • Very good language skills in German, French, and English (oral and written) Opportunities & Perspectives A workplace in the middle of the Swiss Alps, where hospitality is combined with authenticity and real service culture: With us, commitment and engagement are visibly recognized.
