Our client, BVS Verpackungs-Systeme AG, is an established Swiss company specializing in efficient, safe, and sustainable packaging solutions for industry and commerce. As a reliable packaging partner, BVS accompanies its customers throughout the entire packaging process - from consulting to system integration to service, maintenance, and after sales. Approximately 30 employees work at the Urdorf site, with the company employing a total of more than 60 employees in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.

As part of a succession, we are looking for a technically competent and sales-oriented person for BVS, who will autonomously take charge of and actively develop the spare parts and after sales area.

Your tasks ####

• Overall responsibility for spare parts commerce as well as associated after-sales activities
• Technical consulting and support to customers as well as to internal services for spare parts inquiries
• Preparation, follow-up, and calculation of offers
• Autonomous procurement of spare parts and management of international suppliers
• Processing of orders from order to delivery
• Ensuring efficient inventory management and availability of spare parts
• Management of complaints and warranties with customers and suppliers
• Maintenance and development of existing customer relationships as well as active development of the after-sales sector
• Optimization of processes and close collaboration with service, technical, purchasing, and sales departments

Your profile ####

• Basic technical or commercial training with a strong technical understanding, ideally with additional training (e.g., technical salesperson)
• Experience in the field of spare parts, after sales, customer service, or internal technical support
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Technical understanding as well as pleasure in customer contact
• Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and solution-oriented spirit
• Good ERP and MS Office knowledge
• Autonomous, structured, and reliable way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English, Italian is an asset
