Customer Service & Product Specialist

What awaits you: You conduct daily service calls as well as product coachings and convince our SME customers and fiduciaries with your professional expertise. In regular webinars and in direct online exchange, you convey your knowledge and always communicate in a target-group-oriented and stylistically confident manner. You support projects at a professional level and contribute input for the continuous improvement of our services. You plan and organize your daily work independently, handle administrative tasks, and process customer complaints. You actively accompany the fiduciary partners in daily exchange, who value your expertise in everyday work. You take over the onboarding of new employees and pass on your methodical know-how in a structured manner. You consolidate customer and market insights and provide the product management with structured feedback for targeted software optimization. What we expect: You have completed a commercial or technical basic vocational training as well as relevant professional further training. You have several years of professional experience in roles with intensive customer contact (e.g., Customer Training, Consulting, or Success) – ideally in the Swiss SaaS or fiduciary environment. You possess a high affinity for software products (knowledge of bexio is an advantage) as well as sound accounting knowledge. You have strong methodological competence for structured knowledge transfer in direct online exchange. A holistic understanding of complex SME and fiduciary processes helps you to represent these optimally technologically. You think in a solution-oriented manner, tackle tasks with a can-do mentality on your own initiative, and bring the motivation for regular presence on-site in the office. You communicate with business proficiency in German (native language) and possess good English skills; French or Italian skills are a plus
