For our HR & Communication business unit in Oensingen, we are looking for a personality, available by arrangement, who will drive personnel development, the digitalization of our HR processes, and recruiting together with your team.

Your role

• Leadership of the HR team Development, Projects, and Recruiting (2–3 employees)
• Continuous development and modernization of HR processes, Employer Branding, as well as advising managers on general HR topics and personnel selection
• Conception of personnel and leadership development offers, from leadership training to succession planning
• Management of HR projects and digitalization of processes such as onboarding and offboarding, employee appraisals, or employment references
• Simplification of workflows and interfaces in HR, controlled via meaningful key figures

Your profile

• Higher education (FH, HF, or university) in the field of HR or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of HR experience in personnel development, Employer Branding, Recruiting, as well as leadership experience
• Experience in the digitalization of HR processes, ABACUS knowledge is an advantage
• Confidence in project and process management
• Pragmatic, strong implementation style and enjoyment of change
