Koch EFZ

For one of our customers in the field of communal catering near Bern, we are looking for a Koch EFZ (CFC) for a substitution of around three weeks.

Preparation of warm and cold dishes

Adherence to recipes as well as quality standards

Mise en place for daily kitchen operations

Collaboration in menu planning and menu implementation

Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP

Completed training as Koch EFZ

At least 3 years of professional experience in communal catering

Very good German skills, at least level B2

Independent, reliable and structured way of working

Ability to work in a team as well as resilience even in hectic situations
