IT Support Technician in Villars-sur-Glâne Your task In close proximity to the users, you ensure high-quality support on-site and/or directly at the customer – with a strong service awareness and focus on customer satisfaction. You work on incidents, service requests, and collaborative environments and are in close contact with the IT teams, complying with processes and service level agreements. Your tasks User support (on-site support / meetings / collaborative environments) Diagnosis, analysis, and solution of incidents Implementation of immediate workarounds and proactive reporting of risks Management and tracking of tickets Contribution to service quality and the professional image of IT support Your profile Proven experience in IT support Very good knowledge in: Windows, iOS, macOS, O365 and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom (Logi, Poly, MTR …), Device Management Tools (Intune, Workspace ONE), Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow) Very good communication skills, service orientation, and professional appearance Team spirit, accuracy, organization, and priority management Resilience, sense of responsibility, and follow-up of tasks Native language: Swiss German Very good French skills (at least B2) Knowledge of ITIL We offer A permanent employment contract 5 weeks vacation Fully funded further training The opportunity to work for a leading IT support company in French-speaking Switzerland Why CeRFI?
