• Conducting and documenting incoming telephone calls in the administrative area incl. invoice inquiries
• Recognizing sales opportunities (Sales, Up- and Cross-Selling), optimization of the customer portfolio
• Receiving and processing malfunctions in 1st-level support
• Customer-oriented, friendly product and service advice

Desired Profile

• Eloquent, motivated, sales-oriented, technically proficient, flexible and reliable
• Convincing conversation management and the willingness for active customer loyalty
• Availability at 100% during the training period of 7 weeks (Mon-Fri)
• Shift readiness: Shift readiness: Our employees are scheduled 2x per month on Saturday
• Initial practical experience in technical customer support, pronounced service orientation as well as a high technical affinity and quick comprehension.
• The framework conditions for part-time employees (80-100% workload) remain the same: 5 days per week, 2 Saturday assignments, working days: Mon - Sat: 08:00 - 20:00 (Sunday off shift)
• Criminal record extract and debt collection register extract must be presented as quickly as possible upon acceptance

Mandatory knowledge:

• Good PC knowledge, advanced IT user knowledge
• Good telecommunications understanding
• Good communication
• Sales and advisory affinity (Sales, Up- and Cross-Selling)
• Tact in delicate customer situations
