100%, permanent by arrangement Zürich Computer Science Your tasks ## • Provision of first- and second-level deskside support for end users (hardware and software-related support) • Local Single Point of Support (SPOC) • Support for users with problems with MS Office products • Asset management for laptops and mobile devices • Onboarding and offboarding (user accounts) • ITSM (request, incident, CMDB, asset manager) • Preparation and testing of workplaces • Prompt response to IT tickets • Active Directory • Azure Active Directory (Intune Admin Center, Mobile and Devices) Our requirements ## • Degree as computer scientist EFZ, ICT technician SIZ or equivalent • at least 2 years of professional experience as a supporter • driver's license category B • Good interpersonal communication • Customer-oriented way of working • Very good German language skills, good English language skills in word and writing • Open, friendly and reliable nature • Flexible and team-oriented • Open-minded and enthusiastic about learning new things • impeccable police and debt collection record • Employment: Try and Hire (3 months temporary, then permanent employment)
