As part of the creation of a new position, the Centre médical Terre-Bonne (CMTB), a growing multidisciplinary medical center located in Eysins (VD), is looking for:

An HR Manager at 40 - 50%

Your mission

Working in close collaboration with the Management to whom you are directly reporting, you will ensure HR structuring and management by driving HR projects and ensuring daily HR administrative management.

In this context, your main missions are as follows:

• Propose and implement HR structuring; draft and implement staff regulations, define, develop and optimize HR processes, practices and tools, in accordance with the current legal framework
• Drive recruitment and integration processes; forecast and anticipate HR needs, draft job descriptions and advertisements, perform pre-selections, participate in interviews and structure the integration process for new employees
• Design, deploy and drive the talent management and skills development process, including annual appraisals. Identify training needs, structure the training plan and coordinate various internal actions
• Provide HR expertise and advice and guarantee compliance with the legal and regulatory framework as well as the application of HR directives
• Drive various HR projects
• Independently manage personnel administration throughout the entire employee life cycle and ensure the interface with our fiduciary for salaries

Your profile

• Holder of the HRSE certificate or the federal diploma of HR specialist (or training deemed equivalent)
• You benefit from confirmed experience in the health, care or medico-social sector in Switzerland
• You master Swiss labor and social insurance law
• You have the capacity to create processes from A to Z, to support change, and are comfortable with digital tools
• Personality endowed with very good interpersonal skills, a very good sense of listening, while demonstrating total discretion
• Autonomous, you have a sense of responsibility and organization, you are reliable, rigorous, structured and solution-oriented.
