Your tasks:

• Deputy Head of Nursing: Assumption of leadership and organizational tasks in the absence of the PDL as well as active shaping of processes and quality standards.
• Needs assessment & case management: Professional implementation of RAI-HC needs assessments, care planning, and coordination with doctors, hospitals, and relatives.
• Direct care & support: Holistic, professional care of our clients in their usual environment.
• Team leadership & specialist support: Professional guidance and support of employees in daily nursing care.
• Quality assurance: Ensuring and further developing the quality of care according to current standards and legal requirements.

Your profile:

• Education: Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH (or SRK recognition).
• Experience: Sound professional experience in Spitex or acute care; initial leadership experience or further training in the field of leadership/management is an advantage.
• Specialist competence: Proficient use of the RAI-HC system and common nursing software.
• Personality: High social competence, empathy, strong communication skills, and organizational talent.
• Mobility: Driving license Cat. B mandatory (own vehicle an advantage).
