We are looking for a person with a strong sales aptitude, solid experience in the Ticino insurance market, and an independent and flexible nature.

Our Broker Consultant is the first point of reference for all brokers partnered with AXA and their clients, ready to guarantee punctual and high-quality service.

Here is what awaits you

• Providing advice and assistance to partnered brokers, as well as training on insurance products
• Caring for and consolidating relationships with brokers
• Working throughout the entire Ticino territory
• Actively managing offers, adaptation mandates, and cancellations
• Organizing annual broker meetings and representation at AXA events
• Creating and implementing an annual and action plan aligned with broker objectives and segmentation
• Coordinating activities and ensuring information flow with other services and respective specialists
• Collaborating closely with the Back Office team

Here is what we are looking for

• Strong customer and sales orientation
• Professional experience in the insurance field within the Ticino market
• Knowledge and passion for insurance matters in general
• Good knowledge of the Non-Life sector (a diploma constitutes a preferred qualification)
• Initiative, high commitment, and the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of spoken and written German
