Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for personnel administration throughout the employee life cycle in compliance with cantonal prescriptions and directives (personnel ordinance, instructions, regulations, etc.)
• Thought partner and deputy for our payroll expert
• Development, implementation, and support of integration measures for new employees and staff retention
• Leadership of the HR team (3 employees)
• Advising executives and employees on HR issues
• Development and implementation of HR concepts and projects
• Participation in cross-functional projects for professional HR representation
• Responsibility for the planning and realization of leadership development training

Your profile

• Higher or continuing education in the field of HR with a federal diploma/HF level
• Knowledge of payroll
• Several years of practical and management experience in a comparable position
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Abacus, Polypoint PEP)
• Excellent command of German, both spoken and written
• Affinity with the healthcare sector and a close connection to the region, an asset
