What you will achieve with us: * Leadership and further development of a team of 5 to 7 customer service employees * Coaching and supporting your employees in customer contact and with demanding queries * Promoting potential through regular feedback as well as performance and development reviews * Ensuring smooth day-to-day business and a transparent flow of information * Coordination of operational tasks and active participation in day-to-day business. * Independent support of customers and finding suitable solutions for complex concerns * Close cooperation with internal specialist departments * Active participation in projects for the optimization, automation, and further development of our customer service processes.
