Room Manager

Join a team where service excellence makes the difference As part of the development of our 4-star hotel establishment, we are looking for a Room Manager passionate about restoration and customer experience. True conductor of the service, you ensure the smooth running of operations in the room while guaranteeing a warm welcome and impeccable service. Your missions Organize, supervise and coordinate the service in the room. Supervise, train and motivate the room team. Guarantee the respect of the quality standards of a 4-star establishment. Ensure the reception, advice and satisfaction of the clientele. Manage reservations, table allocation and service flows. Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure excellent coordination. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and internal procedure standards. Participate in the management of stocks, orders and room equipment. Contribute to the development of sales figures through a commercial approach and personalized service. Sought profile Training in hotel-restaurant industry (CFC, BTS, hotel school or equivalent). Confirmed experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position, ideally in a 4 or 5 star hotel. Excellent leadership and management qualities. Acute sense of customer service and excellence. Excellent presentation and relational ease. Organization, reactivity and ability to manage the unexpected. Good command of French; English is essential. Any other language is an asset.
