Join a team where service excellence makes the difference As part of the development of our 4-star hotel, we are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager who is passionate about gastronomy and customer experience. As the true conductor of the service, you ensure the smooth running of operations in the restaurant while guaranteeing a warm welcome and impeccable service. Your tasks Organize, supervise and coordinate the service in the restaurant. Lead, train and motivate the restaurant team. Ensure compliance with the quality standards of a 4-star establishment. Ensure the reception, advice and satisfaction of customers. Manage reservations, table allocation and service flows. Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure excellent coordination. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and internal procedures standards. Participate in the management of stocks, orders and restaurant equipment. Contribute to the development of sales through a commercial approach and personalized service. Sought profile Training in hotel and restaurant management (CFC, BTS, hotel school or equivalent). Confirmed experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a similar position, ideally in a 4 or 5 star hotel. Excellent leadership and management qualities. Strong sense of customer service and excellence. Excellent presentation and relational ease. Organization, reactivity and ability to manage the unexpected. Good command of French; English is essential. Any other language is an asset.
