Alder + Eisenhut AG, based in Ebnat-Kappel (www.alder-eisenhut.swiss), is a nationally known full-service provider for gymnastics, sports, and playground equipment as well as stages including stage technology. Head of Locksmithing/Metal 80-100 % (m/f)

What awaits you
You will take over the technical and personnel leadership of our metal division with the sub-areas of locksmithing, machining, painting, and final assembly with a total of around 25 employees, thereby making a significant contribution to the continuous further development of our production. In doing so, you lead, coach, and develop your team, promote polyvalence, and together with your employees, ensure an economical, timely, and high-quality production process. At the same time, you drive the continuous improvement of our production processes. You recognize optimization potential, use Lean and CIP methods in a targeted manner, and thereby increase productivity, quality, and efficiency. In addition, you are responsible for quality standards, coordinate the maintenance of the machine park, and contribute your expertise to investment, technology, and procurement decisions. As a SIBE (Safety Officer), you take on an additional task and support the implementation and further development of our occupational safety and health protection measures.

What is important to us
You have completed basic technical training in metal construction, mechanical engineering, or a comparable industrial environment and ideally have further training as a Werkmeister, Industriemeister, or a comparable qualification. You also bring several years of leadership experience in a production company as well as experience with Lean Management, CIP, or similar methods. You possess sound knowledge in metal processing and experience in welding according to EN 1090. Knowledge and experience in the areas of machining, painting, and final assembly as well as in the area of occupational safety are an advantage. You think entrepreneurially and in a networked manner, enjoy modern manufacturing processes, and know how to inspire people for common goals. With your open, resilient, and solution-oriented manner, you lead at eye level and convince through natural leadership competence. Good ERP and Microsoft 365 knowledge as well as very good German skills round off your profile.
