Team Leader Hospitality 80% \- Ensuring the smooth implementation of our services (reception, cleaning, etc.) \- Contact person for our customers and ensuring a high service quality \- Leadership of around 20 employees in the reception area and UHR employees (incl. deployment and holiday planning as well as responsibility for time tracking and reporting) \- Conducting quality controls to ensure our standards \- Posting of invoices \- Creation and further development of operating manuals \- Operative management of the various ISS services as well as participation in projects \- Relief assignments in emergencies at the reception \- Training in the commercial sector, in the hotel industry, or in facility management \- Experience in employee leadership \- Good MS Office skills, ideally experience with CAFM systems \- Fluent German skills in speaking and writing as well as English skills (at least level B) \- Flexible, independent and structured way of working with strong communication skills \- High customer orientation and a strong quality standard \- Driver's license Cat.
